Move profit through people.

We make exactly one promise: within three hours, you will know, in numbers, the condition of your executive team — which foundations hold, which have collapsed, what the room will not yet say — and what it would honestly take to change it.

We do not promise EBITDA. We are suspicious of anyone who does.

The Top-Team Operating Audit

The levers

Twenty foundations a functioning executive team requires — each one answerable as a fact of the team's life, not an opinion about its atmosphere.

X X

The intensity

Every answer scored on a fixed engine in which silence counts against the result and cannot inflate it. What the room won't say becomes signal.

X

The threshold

A foundation either exists for the team or it doesn't. A majority is not alignment. The standard is deliberately brutal — and written down.

XXX The method's record

Created by Scott Coady. Filtered by results.

Every firm in this field has a framework, and the maps largely agree. Ours differs in one way: it was not built from theory — it was filtered by results across two decades and roughly forty top-team engagements, led by its creator, the late Scott Coady. Questions that did not discriminate were cut. What remains is the residue of a twenty-year experiment in what actually moves a P&L.

+15% · +16%Revenue growth on multi-billion-dollar books of business — confirmed by the client in writing, amounts and dates
+33% to +80%EBITDA improvements credited to the method by clients across four earlier engagements
14 monthsAverage engagement duration; the same instrument re-run at the end, so progress is a number

Presented as provenance, not as a promise. Written client confirmation and the supporting record are available under NDA.

X Eligibility

Our methodology will not work for everybody.

Most teams we diagnose do not qualify for a declared profit engagement — and every team that has passed the screen and completed the work has delivered its declared result.

We protect that record the only way it can be protected: by declining the engagements the data does not support. Eligibility is determined against written criteria and stated in your findings memorandum — before any further work is discussed. If your team is not yet a candidate, the memorandum says what would have to be true first.
